Head of Human Resources
Are you an experienced HR leader looking for an opportunity to lead the people agenda for an established international healthcare organisation in London?
I am working with a leading healthcare organisation who operates across 20 countries globally, including the UK and Ireland. They are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Human Resources to provide strategic HR leadership across their UK business, working closely with the senior leadership team to drive the people strategy and support the continued development of the organisation. The organisation is located in Marylebone, and they currently have around 400 employees.
The Head of Human Resources will report to the CFO & Operations Director UK with a dotted line to the HR Operations Director UK & Ireland. You will lead a specialist HR team comprising an HR Advisor, People Transformation Manager and Recruitment Lead.
This is a broad and hands on leadership role where you will take responsibility for the delivery of the UK HR strategy, providing expert advice to senior leaders while overseeing employee relations, talent management, workforce planning, recruitment, engagement and organisational change.
This is a permanent Head of Human Resources role paying up to £80,000 per annum plus a 10–15% discretionary bonus and generous benefits. The role is based in London (Marylebone) and requires at least 4-days per week on-site, Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm, with some travel to other UK locations as required.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
