About us

Borderless is simplifying the complexity of global immigration, starting with the UK.

Immigration is one of the most important - and most broken - systems in the global economy. Itโ€™s shaped human history, yet businesses and individuals hit friction at every turn, and government policy lurches with the political cycle.

Our vision is simple: a world where borders are no longer barriers, empowering the ambitious, wherever they are.

Backed by Entrepreneur First and Backed.VC, weโ€™re already supporting 600+ businesses, 15,000+ workers and scaling fast into new sectors and markets.

Around 25% of our workforce is sponsored, and we proudly offer visa sponsorship as part of our hiring process.

Role overview

This is a pivotal leadership position designed to cement Borderless as a top-tier immigration authority and a trusted partner for enterprise-level organisations. You will serve as our most senior expert, providing strategic guidance to high-stakes customers while mentoring our team of Immigration Advisers to ensure excellence across all casework.

What you'll be doing

  • Act as the final point of authority and sign-off for complex immigration matters, providing the decisive expertise required for high-stakes cases.
  • Drive net revenue retention and customer loyalty by ensuring every client receives expert-led, accurate, and strategic immigration guidance.
  • Lead, mentor, and upskill the Immigration Adviser team, ensuring they remain at the forefront of Home Office regulations and industry best practices.
  • Support the sales and customer success teams by joining enterprise account calls, building immediate credibility with large-scale organisations.
  • Represent Borderless as a thought leader by running webinars and producing insights that translate complex legislative changes into actionable business advice.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to refine our immigration function's structure and operational strategy as we scale upmarket.

Reasons to use Rodeo

Iโ€™m in my final year doing Economics and I donโ€™t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer โ€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donโ€™t need a masters. Letโ€™s look at the ones youโ€™d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet โ€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
