Overview

Are you an experienced purpose led leader who is passionate about using insight, evidence, innovation and influence to create meaningful change?

This role would suit someone who is energised by learning, connecting ideas, influencing others and helping organisations stay ahead of emerging scientific, environmental and societal change.

There has never been a more exciting moment to join Natracare (Bodywise UK Ltd). As we transition into an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), we’re investing in our future, growing our team, strengthening what has always made us exceptional, and building the foundations for long-term shared success.

For over 37 years, we’ve been pioneers and global leaders in natural period and personal care. We’ve championed health, environmental responsibility, equity and human rights across our sector. Our reputation has been built on uncompromising standards, scientific integrity, innovation and a willingness to challenge the status quo.

As our founder gradually transitions away from day-to-day leadership, we are looking for someone to help protect and evolve the principles, standards and expertise that have made Natracare a trusted leader worldwide. This newly created role sits at the heart of that transition.

The Role

We’re looking for a Head of Impact & Influence to champion and embed Natracare’s standards, purpose and thought leadership throughout the organisation. This is a senior, hands-on leadership role working directly with Senior Leadership.

What you'll own:

  • Impact strategy and delivery
  • Stewardship of standards and certifications
  • Scientific, environmental and regulatory intelligence
  • Product stewardship and future innovation opportunities
  • Impact reporting and external commitments
  • Education and capability building
  • Industry influence and thought leadership
  • Policy and advocacy

You’ll play a key role in ensuring Natracare remains the benchmark for health, sustainability, product integrity and ethical business practice.

What you’ll do:

  • Protect and advance our standards
  • Lead the development and delivery of our impact strategy
  • Monitor emerging regulations, standards and stakeholder expectations
  • Identify opportunities to lead beyond compliance and continue to challenge the status quo
  • Oversee strategic certifications including B Corp and 1% For the Planet
  • Ensure our commitments continue to create meaningful impact and business value
  • Act as an internal champion for standards and continuous improvement

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
