About EFI Group

EFI Group has a bold mission to transform lives, careers and industries through pioneering, industry-led education in fashion, beauty and apprenticeships. Our vision is to deliver exceptional learning experiences, driven by innovation, inclusion, employability, and excellence.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Head of Inclusion to provide operational leadership for inclusion, SEND provision and belonging practice across EFI Group. Working within the strategic direction set by the Associate Director of Belonging & Inclusive Practice, you will lead the day-to-day implementation of EFI’s Belonging & Inclusive Practice Strategy across Further Education, Higher Education and Apprenticeship provision.

You will oversee the operational delivery of SEND and EHCP provision, inclusive and accessible curriculum practice, reasonable adjustments, vulnerable learner support and initiatives that promote learner belonging, participation and retention. You will work closely with curriculum, Student Services, quality and other teams to ensure inclusion is embedded across learning, teaching and the wider learner experience.

The role will also lead and develop the Inclusion team, support staff training and CPD in inclusive practice, monitor inclusion and vulnerable learner data, and contribute to quality enhancement and regulatory assurance processes. As a key member of the wider leadership community, you will champion a culture of inclusion, belonging and equity across EFI Group, while deputising for the Associate Director of Belonging & Inclusive Practice on operational matters as required.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
