Full time - 35 hours per week (may occasionally include some out-of-hours and weekends). Flexible working options available.
Location
Hybrid, with a minimum of 1 day per week in the office
We are delighted to be recruiting for a Head of Income and Engagement to join our fundraising team on a 13-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity cover.
The Home has been a safe haven to stray animals since 1883, and still rescues over a thousand lost or abandoned dogs and cats every year. The Home benefits from skills and experience of our 50+ strong staff, comprised of long-serving kennel and cattery experts and enthusiastic new talent. Our small team is united by the love and dedication towards the animals in our care, and the belief that any dog or cat that comes to our door, whatever the reason, should be safe, warm, and well-fed.

This new role will lead the fundraising team to:
- Grow existing income streams
- Establish new income streams and fundraising activities
- Deliver growth
- Position us as a c.£3M charity by the end of 2027
