Head of Indirect Tax - Financial Services - Central London (3 days hybrid working) - £120,000 - £150,000 + Bonus

A global organisation is seeking a Head of Indirect Tax to lead its VAT and indirect tax strategy worldwide. This is a highly commercial, business partnering role, working closely with senior stakeholders to provide practical advice, support growth initiatives and influence key business decisions.

A key focus will be reviewing and renegotiating the existing PESM and outsourcing arrangements, requiring someone with a proven track record of challenging service models, driving operational improvements and enhancing the effectiveness of external provider relationships.

Requirements:

  • Significant indirect tax/VAT leadership experience.
  • Strong advisory and business partnering credentials.
  • Previous experience renegotiating PESM and managing outsourced compliance models.
  • Experience operating within a complex international organisation.
  • Ability to drive change, influence senior stakeholders and improve existing frameworks.
