Rolls Royce SMR

Rolls Royce SMR is on a mission to deliver clean, affordable energy for all. As the leading Small Modular Reactor programme in Europe, we’re building a British solution to a global energy challenge and shaping one of the country’s most significant green export opportunities.

The Role

The appointment of a Head of Industrialisation Model is a pivotal point in our development as they will be accountable for the central coordination, integration, and maturation of the Industrialisation Model, ensuring it operates as a coherent, scalable system for delivering RR SMR powerplants.

Leading a team of 10–20 people directly, while also influencing and driving delivery across a broader network of 100–150 individuals, this will include:

  • Developing and owning our Industrialisation capability strategy across People, Processes, and Tools - ensuring this supports delivery at scale, and across multiple geographies.
  • Being the central point of contact for, and interface with, the Delivery Advisory Committee, curating and architecting the bi-annual reviews and interim deep dive and red team engagements, administering the utilisation of DAC members across Industrialisation and Delivery.
  • Leading workforce planning, resource modelling, and organisational design for the Industrialisation Programme and Operations & Supply Chain.
  • Establishing, and maintaining, governance for Industrialisation Model development, assurance, and change control.
  • Defining and maintaining a unified capability framework aligned to the Industrialisation Model.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
