Head Of Influencer - Fast-growing cosmetics brand

Salary - Up to £65k
Location - Manchester

Zachary Daniels are partnered with a fast-growing British beauty brand with a strong reputation for combining professional-quality products with accessible, trend-led beauty.

The Role

As Head of Influencer & Partnerships, you'll decide where the investment goes, what success looks like and how each part of the ecosystem works together. You'll have the autonomy to build the function, shape the team beneath you and establish the partnerships, processes and measurement needed to take it to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the overarching influencer and partnerships strategy, bringing together creators, affiliates, ambassadors, gifting and brand partnerships under one clear vision.
  • Establish the operating framework for each channel, defining its role, objectives, economics and measures of success.
  • Own and strategically allocate the £1m annual budget, ensuring investment is commercially justified and aligned to business priorities.
  • Build the team, processes and external network required to scale the function.
  • Own the end-to-end creator strategy, from identifying and negotiating with talent through to briefing, delivery, usage rights and performance analysis.
  • Build genuine, long-term relationships with creators, talent, agents and agencies.
  • Own the TikTok Shop affiliate and creator programme end-to-end, at significant scale.
  • Identify and develop commercially valuable brand-to-brand partnerships.
  • Evaluate potential partners based on audience, brand fit, commercial opportunity and value exchange.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
