Head of Digital Infrastructure and Information Security – Up to £160k base + benefits – London (hybrid)

Our client is a leading global infrastructure organisation operating across multiple locations and complex operational environments. They are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Infrastructure & Information Security to lead the technology teams, platforms and partners responsible for secure, resilient and modern digital services.

This is a senior leadership role combining operational accountability with transformation delivery. You will oversee infrastructure, cloud, networks, end-user technology, service operations and information security, ensuring technology services are secure, reliable and aligned to business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the digital infrastructure strategy across cloud, networks, identity, workplace technology and service operations.
  • Own information security operations, cyber governance, risk management, vulnerability management and incident response.
  • Ensure technology services are secure, resilient, scalable and fit for future business requirements.
  • Drive improvements in digital workplace experience, automation, self-service and operational efficiency.
  • Lead technology resilience, disaster recovery and recovery planning.
  • Manage strategic suppliers, budgets, contracts and investment priorities.
  • Build high-performing teams and establish strong governance, accountability and continuous improvement.

You will bring:

  • Proven leadership experience across infrastructure, cloud, networks, service operations and cyber security.
  • Strong understanding of security governance, technology risk, resilience and compliance.
  • Experience managing suppliers, budgets and transformation programmes.
  • The ability to translate complex technology challenges into clear business outcomes.
  • Experience leading teams through change and building effective operating models.
