Head of Information Security, Risk & Compliance
Oxfordshire | Hybrid
We’re recruiting a Head of Information Security, Risk & Compliance for a large, high-profile UK organisation undergoing continued technology and digital transformation. This is a high-impact leadership role with ownership of the security strategy, cyber risk and compliance agenda, combining strategic direction with hands-on leadership across a complex cloud and SaaS environment.
You’ll lead and develop the security function, oversee 24/7 security operations and incident response, and drive continued maturity across Zero Trust, Secure by Design, vulnerability management, third-party risk and security governance. You’ll also act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, translating complex cyber threats and vulnerabilities into clear commercial risks and priorities.

We’re looking for experience across:
- Senior Information / Cyber Security leadership
- Cloud, SaaS, network, application and data security
- NIST, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS and GDPR
- Security risk, governance and compliance
- Zero Trust architecture and Secure by Design
- SOC / security operations and incident response
- Third-party and supplier risk management
- C-suite stakeholder engagement

CISM, CCSP, CISSP-ISSMP or similar certifications would be advantageous.
