🚀 Head of Technology | Hospitality
📍 London | Fractional – 2–3 days per week 💰 £700–£800 per day
This is a seriously exciting one.
I’m looking for a Head of Technology to join a fast-growing hospitality business with big ambitions around technology, data and AI.
And this definitely isn’t a “keep the lights on” IT role.
The business is scaling, opening new locations and rethinking how technology can sit at the heart of the operation.
- You’ll have the mandate to shape the technology roadmap, systems architecture, data strategy and vendor landscape, while making sure the fundamentals around cyber, infrastructure, integrations and governance are rock solid.
- Beyond that, there’s a much bigger transformation opportunity.

Who am I looking for?
A strong, hands-on Head of Technology / Head of IT who knows how to get things done in a growing business.
- 🏨 Hotel or hospitality experience would be my strong preference.
- I’d particularly like to speak with people who understand multi-site technology environments and have experience across areas such as PMS, CRM, business systems, integrations, MSPs, cybersecurity, data and technology transformation.
- Retail or another complex multi-site consumer environment could also be interesting.

You don't need to be a CTO.
You do need to be commercially sharp, comfortable working with senior leadership, capable of setting the strategy and willing to stay close enough to the detail to make sure it actually happens.
