Head of Business Systems & Technology - Remote First
Our client is a purpose-driven, PE-backed professional services organisation that partners with global businesses to deliver leadership development, coaching and talent solutions. With ambitious growth plans and continued investment in technology, they are looking for a technology leader to help shape the next phase of their journey.

We're looking for a commercially minded technology leader to take ownership of our technology strategy, systems landscape and business transformation agenda during an exciting period of growth.
As Head of Business Systems & Technology, you'll act as the technology voice within the leadership team, overseeing our technology estate, leading strategic projects, managing key vendor relationships and driving improvements across systems, data, security and operations.

This is a highly visible role where you'll combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, helping to build a scalable, secure and efficient technology function that supports long-term growth.
What You'll Bring
- Experience leading technology strategy and business systems within a growing organisation
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft 365 and enterprise applications
- Proven success delivering transformation programmes and business change initiatives
- Experience managing third-party vendors and technology partners
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to influence at senior and executive level
