Job Title
We are looking for an experienced Enterprise IT Operations / IT Service Delivery professional for a short-term expert review project.
Project
Review a fictional software company's internal IT operating model and identify operational gaps, unrealistic processes, and improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Enterprise/Internal IT Operations
- 2+ years owning/designing Service Desk or End-User IT processes
- Recent hands-on experience in a UK or US organisation
- Strong Microsoft 365 / Entra ID experience
- ITSM: Jira Service Management, ServiceNow or similar
- Experience with JML, access management, MFA, incidents and change management
- SaaS administration experience: Slack, GitHub, Salesforce, Figma, Zoom, Confluence, etc.
