Head of Infrastructure & Service Management

£100,000 - £120,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus

London/Hybrid

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced infrastructure leader to take ownership of a complex enterprise technology estate during a period of transformation and growth. This role requires a technically credible leader who remains close to the detail. Initially operating as a hands-on individual contributor, you will take responsibility for the entire infrastructure environment, with the opportunity to build and lead a team as the function evolves.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and lead enterprise infrastructure across cloud, servers, storage, networking, and end-user services.
  • Drive infrastructure strategy, operational excellence, and continual improvement.
  • Ensure highly resilient, secure, and scalable platforms across hybrid environments.
  • Lead service management activities, ensuring strong governance and ITIL-aligned practices.
  • Develop infrastructure roadmaps covering Azure, networking, compute, storage, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Partner with technology and operational stakeholders to support and secure IT/OT environments.
  • Embed security best practice and maintain alignment with recognised frameworks such as ISO 27001 and NIST.
  • Manage third-party suppliers and service providers to deliver exceptional service levels.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
