Key Notes
Lead the insight and evidence managers, overseeing research design, quality, suppliers and the use of external data. The role requires senior programme delivery and people management experience. What You'll Work On
- Direct qualitative and quantitative research projects, maintaining quality control, ethical standards and useful outputs for transport decisions.
- Manage insight and evidence colleagues, develop research methods and work with the data team on combined evidence.
- Oversee research suppliers and contracts, review external datasets and present findings to senior colleagues and industry audiences.
