Head of Insights | London Area, United Kingdom

Walker Cole International is partnering with a leading Consumer Goods organisation to appoint a Head of Insights. This is a high-impact role at the heart of the business's understanding of consumers and shoppers, ensuring key decisions across brand, shopper and innovation are grounded in clear, actionable insight.

The Role

To act as a critical enabler to Marketing and Commercial teams — building robust insight frameworks, delivering targeted research, and maximising the value of existing data sources. Operating within a focused budget, you will prioritise high-impact learning agendas and leverage AI and internal knowledge to embed a strong, consistent consumer voice across the business. Success in this role depends on strong prioritisation, close partnership with Brand teams, and the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations that shape real business decisions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
