Role Description

The Head of Insights is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading data-driven understanding of markets, customers, and business performance to support strategic decisions at Express Turbo Delivery. This role includes:

The Head of Insights will collaborate closely with operations, sales, product, and marketing teams to optimize services, improve customer experience, and identify new growth opportunities. Day-to-day tasks involve:

  • Managing dashboards and reporting
  • Conducting in-depth analyses
  • Guiding experimentation and A/B testing
  • Presenting clear, concise insights to both technical and non-technical audiences

The role also includes mentoring junior analysts or researchers and establishing best practices for data quality, measurement, and insight generation.

Qualifications

  • Strong Business Insights and Customer Insight skills to translate data into clear commercial and customer-focused recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Market Analysis and Market Research to evaluate industry trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities.
  • Advanced Analytical Skills, including working with quantitative and qualitative data, building reports, and interpreting complex datasets.
  • Experience using analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) to create dashboards and insights.
  • Proven experience in an insights, analytics, or strategy leadership role, ideally within logistics, e-commerce, or a related industry.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of simplifying complex findings for diverse stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
