Description

The Head of Insights & Analytics will lead the analytical agenda across Subscription, Finance, and Payments, turning data into actionable insights that drive commercial and strategic decision-making. The role will partner closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Product, Payments, and Data to understand key business challenges and identify opportunities to improve subscriber growth, retention, revenue, and payment performance.

Combining strong analytical expertise with commercial acumen, you will shape the questions DAZN asks of its data, deliver high-impact analysis, and ensure insights translate into measurable business outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead Subscription, Finance & Payments Analytics
    • Lead high-impact analysis across the global subscription lifecycle, including acquisition, retention, churn, revenue, payments, and customer value.
    • Translate complex datasets into clear insights, recommendations, and actions for senior leadership.
    • Own analytical projects end-to-end, from defining the business problem through to delivery and measuring outcomes.
  • Drive Strategic Decision-Making
    • Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Commercial, Product, Payments, and Strategy to shape key business decisions.
    • Identify trends, opportunities, and risks, using data to challenge assumptions and improve business performance.
    • Provide strategic insight on initiatives, investments, and performance, balancing commercial priorities with financial outcomes.
  • Build Analytical Capability & Influence
    • Shape the global analytics agenda for Subscription, Finance, and Payments, ensuring focus on the highest-value business questions.
    • Develop scalable dashboards, reporting, and self-service analytics that improve access to trusted data and enable faster decision-making.
    • Act as a senior analytics expert and trusted advisor, influencing stakeholders and promoting a strong data-driven culture across the organisation.

  • Experience: 4+ years of experience in a similar Insights, Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Strategy role within a data-driven organisation.
  • Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills with the ability to interrogate complex datasets and translate findings into clear commercial insights. Hands-on experience building dashboards, reporting and self-service analytics using tools such as Looker and Power BI.
