About the Role
As Head of Institutional & Corporate Sales, Europe & America, you will be responsible for leading the Institutional & Corporate Sales franchise across the region, driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and delivering strategic business outcomes.
The Client Solutions team provides institutional and corporate clients with holistic financial solutions, market access and execution capabilities across global capital markets. In this senior leadership role, you will lead the Derivatives business across Europe and America, ensuring clients receive tailored, value-added products and services that address both business-as-usual requirements and event-driven opportunities.

What will your day look like?
As Head of Institutional & Corporate Sales, Europe & America, you will:
- Lead and develop the Institutional & Corporate Sales team across Europe and America, driving revenue growth, client engagement and a high-performance culture.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of institutional and corporate clients, delivering income generation and product sales turnover across the region.
- Provide holistic client coverage by delivering tailored financial solutions that address clients' funding, liquidity, foreign exchange, interest rate risk management and broader strategic requirements.
- Partner closely with Relationship Managers and Product teams to develop a deep understanding of client needs, identify wallet opportunities and deliver value-added solutions.
- Drive the full sales lifecycle, from originating new business opportunities through to deal execution, including client strategy, pitching, structuring, pricing, approvals, market execution and documentation.
- Build and strengthen senior client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor across both business-as-usual and event-driven situations.
- Collaborate across Markets, Client Solutions and Relationship Banking teams to deliver coordinated client outcomes and maximise franchise value.
- Contribute to the growth of ANZ's Institutional business by identifying new opportunities, deepening existing relationships and expanding product penetration.
- Ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with ANZ policies, regulatory requirements and governance standards.
- Lead by example through the consistent demonstration of ANZ Values and the ANZ Code of Conduct, fostering a culture of integrity, accountability and collaboration.

What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Strong Financial Markets Sales background and extensive knowledge of the relevant markets.
- Strong track record of cultivating and nurturing client relationships across Europe and the US at C-suite, Treasurer and broader treasury team levels across diversified sectors, including corporate, institutional and infrastructure clients.
- Detailed knowledge of and/or extensive experience in the origination and execution of debt issuance in public and private markets, both secured and unsecured; leveraged finance; infrastructure financing; liability management; interest rate and cross-currency derivatives; foreign exchange; cash management; commodities; pension fund risk management; working capital; and trade finance solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to manage change, deliver results, exercise sound judgement, maintain a broad strategic perspective, build strong relationships, and develop and empower others.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-changing and dynamic market environment.
- Strong sales skills as an individual producer, combined with leadership and management capabilities to drive results through a team.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate across clients, product partners, relationship teams and senior internal stakeholders.
- A strong commitment to conduct, governance and risk management, operating in accordance with regulatory requirements and ANZ's policies and standards.
