Help us use technology to make a big green dent in the universe!

Kraken powers some of the most innovative global developments in energy. We create the technology that redefines utilities and unlocks a new energy system of the future. By optimising renewable generation, building a more intelligent grid, and empowering utilities to deliver an exceptional customer experience, our operating system is transforming the industry worldwide.

It’s an incredibly exciting time to work in energy. Join us on our mission to improve the lives of ONE BILLION humans within the decade and shape a cleaner, better future for everyone.

🏡 Where you'll fit in:

At Kraken, we partner with some of the world’s most important utilities and energy companies. Our sales cycles are long, our relationships are strategic, and many of our target accounts may not be ready to buy for months or years.

As Head of Integrated Campaigns & ABM, you'll own how marketing comes together around our most important accounts. That means building and running account-based programs across our full priority account universe - from bespoke 1:1 campaigns for our most strategic targets, to 1:few programs for engaged account clusters, to scalable nurture for the broader pipeline. But it also means acting as the connective tissue across the marketing team: working with Content, Product Marketing, Events, Digital, and Marketing Operations to make sure we're showing up in a coordinated, deliberate way.

🚀 What you’ll own:

  • Build and run account-based marketing programs for Kraken’s priority global target accounts
  • Develop long-cycle nurture journeys for accounts that may not be ready to buy today, but are strategically important over time
  • Define persona and audience segments across executive buyers, operational leaders, technical evaluators, commercial stakeholders, and other buying committee members
  • Create nurture programs by account stage, region, persona, event attendance, content engagement, and sales priority
  • Partner with Sales to understand target accounts, active opportunities, stalled deals, and re-engagement opportunities
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Content to sequence the right messages, stories, proof points, and thought leadership over time
  • Partner with Events to build strong pre-event, during-event, and post-event journeys that turn event engagement into continued account progression
  • Develop trigger-based activation programs based on account activity, content consumption, event participation, sales stage, or market signals
  • Build re-engagement campaigns for dormant accounts, stalled opportunities, and previously engaged stakeholders
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to measure account engagement, buying committee coverage, campaign performance, and opportunity influence

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Strong audience segmentation skills, including persona-based and account-stage-based campaigns
  • Comfortable working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, Content, Digital, Events, and Marketing Operations
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to turn strategy into clear plans, campaigns, timelines, and execution
