Role And Responsibilities

About the position

European Strategic Marketing Team – Samsung Ads

The European Strategic Marketing team at Samsung Ads drives the narrative and market presence of one of the most innovative players in the connected TV advertising space. Sitting at the intersection of data, technology, and creativity, the team shapes how Samsung Ads tells its story to customers, partners, and the broader industry. We collaborate across markets to deliver cohesive, insight-led marketing programs that elevate our brand and accelerate business growth in a rapidly evolving media landscape.

About The Role – Head Of Integrated MarComms

This is a strategic and execution-focused marcomms role for someone who is equally comfortable building the communications plan and creating the content that brings it to life. The successful candidate will help define how Samsung Ads shows up in market across owned and paid channels, from bold campaigns and thought leadership to CRM, website content, social storytelling and performance analysis.

The role suits a modern communications leader who is passionate about data, naturally curious, and always looking for the insights that can sharpen messaging, improve results, and increase impact. It requires a strong editorial instinct, confidence working cross-functionally, and the ability to move fluently between strategy, campaign management, content creation and optimisation.

Your key Responsibilities

Content marketing

  • Develop and lead the European content marketing strategy for Samsung Ads, translating business priorities into distinctive stories, thought leadership and campaign narratives that build awareness, credibility and demand.
  • Create and oversee a steady cadence of high-quality content across formats, including whitepapers, case studies, keynotes, video concepts, newsletters, website, and social-first assets.
  • Partner with regional stakeholders incl Brand, Product Marketing and Insight to ensure the Samsung Ads value proposition is communicated consistently and compellingly across markets.

Website management

  • Own website content planning, updates and optimisation, maintaining a strong user journey and clear storytelling across key pages, campaigns and thought leadership destinations.
  • Use data and audience insight to improve site performance, engagement flows, conversion paths and content relevance over time.

CRM leadership

  • Own CRM as a core strategic discipline within European marcomms, using Salesforce to connect the dots between audience insight, campaign messaging, content engagement and conversion.
  • Build a CRM approach that ensures every message, asset and journey is designed with a clear purpose, measurable outcome and connection to the wider customer lifecycle.
  • Partner closely with sales, operations and commercial stakeholders to create audience segments, nurture flows and communications programmes that move prospects from awareness and consideration through to engagement and pipeline contribution.
  • Use Salesforce data, reporting and workflow logic to understand how content and campaigns influence behaviour over time, and to turn those insights into stronger planning, sharper messaging and better-performing programmes.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
