Head of Interim Recruitment - Technology - London
Basic £90-130k OTE uncapped
The Role & Company
Exceptional and rare opportunity for an experienced leader to join a market leader and grow and run their own high-level contract team.
- To work with a dynamic owner who has built a business with a first-class reputation and is now ready for the next chapter of their growth
- Company currently turnover circa £30 million and they are looking to maximize their client base and tech offering
- Currently service circa 400 high-level clients at the C-level search, offering unrivalled service delivery
- Grow the tech offering and be aligned with the current partners to establish them as a leader of tech
- Grow an Interim team who are supported by an expert delivery function which focuses on being at the forefront of initiatives to gain the best talent in the market. You will be pivotal in growing this offering
- Exceptional client list waiting for the right person with the gravitas to maximize the offering

The Ideal Candidate
- Successful track record across the Technology marketplace
- Track record of growing a successful interims business
- Proven track record of billings
- Previous track record of growing a team
- Previous experience in being a mentor
- Desire to take your career to the next level
