Across websites, magazines, newsletters, social channels and events, we bring expert content to audiences around the world. Behind it all are our people - passionate experts, creators, innovators and problem-solvers who are shaping the future of media.

The Team You’ll Join

Established in 1919, Homes & Gardens was Britain’s first homes magazine. More than a century later, we have transformed into a multi-platform global media brand. Homes & Gardens is the embodiment of ‘good design, in practice’, bridging the gap between the consumer space and the professional interior and garden design communities. We set ourselves apart by ensuring all our content delivers informative advice and expert insight. Accessible aspiration is at the heart of what we deliver.

In this role you'll join and be leading our interiors team.

What You'll Do

Reporting to the Editor, you'll be responsible for leading the Homes & Gardens interiors team and overseeing our interiors output across print and digital.

You'll manage the team day to day, setting priorities, allocating work, developing talent and ensuring the department delivers consistently ambitious, high-quality content to deadline. You'll create a collaborative and creative working environment while maintaining clear editorial standards and expectations.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
