Head of Intermediary Distribution - Hong Kong

At Bupa, our purpose is simple: helping people live longer, healthier, happier lives and making a better world. Based in our Hong Kong office, you will lead our intermediary distribution business, helping more customers access international health insurance solutions.
This senior leadership role sits within the Bupa Global Asia Executive Team and offers the opportunity to influence growth across Hong Kong and wider Asian markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the intermediary distribution strategy across corporate, SME and individual customer segments.
- Drive new market growth across the Asian health insurance market.
- Build strong broker relationships to drive growth and customer outcomes.
- Lead new business and account management teams.
- Deliver sales, retention and renewal targets.
- Partner with pricing, underwriting and business teams to achieve profitable growth.
- Contribute to strategic planning as a member of the Asia Executive Team.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of around 15 colleagues.

What We're Looking For
- Excellent track record of sales delivery within the Asian insurance market
- Proven ability to deliver new market entry and develop cross-border relationships
- Managing broker or intermediary relationships – essential
- Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Great leadership skills, ability to inspire and manage dynamic sales team
- Strategic mindset and gravitas to engage with Executive level stakeholders.
