Planning for Change!
Job Description
Incredible opportunity to join this forward-thinking global FMCG powerhouse, leading the international consumer and shopper insights agenda across core categories and rapid-growth white spaces.
With massive global resources and household-name status, but lean, highly autonomous, and agile teams locally, this is the best of both worlds - reflected in a flexible, people-first, ideas-receptive culture. Reporting directly to the VP level and partnering closely with Marketing Directors and Commercial Controllers across the UK, North America, and Europe, this high-impact role places consumer centricity right at the beating heart of commercial decisions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
As the strategic insights lead for the international business, your remit is broad, empowered, and genuinely board-visible. You will lead a small dedicated team to identify commercial growth platforms, de-risk margin-accretive innovation, decode shopper behaviours across multiple markets, and turn continuous panel data and bespoke research into actionable category-winning strategies.
Background wise – if you’re a heavyweight Senior Insights Manager ready to step up, or an established Head Of with proven food or beverage pedigree looking for an international stage with serious runway, we’re going to want to talk to you!
