What you'll be doing

  • Lead and develop an international new business sales function.
  • Shape and execute the strategy for new customer acquisition across key markets.
  • Build a high-performance sales culture focused on accountability, development and commercial results.
  • Coach and develop sales professionals across prospecting, opportunity development, strategic selling and closing.
  • Remain close to strategically important opportunities, supporting complex sales conversations and senior customer engagement.
  • Work closely with senior commercial leadership to identify new growth opportunities and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Develop a disciplined and scalable approach to generating sustainable new business growth.

What you'll bring

  • Proven success in a senior sales leadership position with responsibility for new business growth.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and developing new business or sales development teams.
  • A strong background within information services, data, intelligence, market data, market intelligence, price reporting or a closely related environment.
  • Experience selling complex B2B information, intelligence or data solutions.
  • A track record of building high-performing sales teams and improving commercial performance.
  • Strong coaching capability combined with the willingness to remain close to major opportunities.
  • The commercial credibility and leadership presence to influence senior stakeholders and customers.
