Great opportunity to join this category-leading FMCG powerhouse, taking total commercial leadership over their high-growth International business agenda.
With iconic household brands, a massive UK manufacturing footprint, and major global ambitions, this role offers the best of both worlds: scale and backing combined with an entrepreneurial, highly collaborative culture. Reporting directly to the CCO and leading an international commercial team, this business-critical role focuses on shaping 3-year strategic growth plans, optimizing routes to market, and scaling international distributor partnerships.

As a key commercial leader, the remit is broad and empowered – from international pricing, terms, and P&L oversight through to identifying new regional opportunities, strategic distribution agreements, and developing a high-performing sales team.
Background-wise – if you’re a proven commercial leader with 10+ years in FMCG, strong international sales experience, direct line management expertise, and an entrepreneurial mindset, we’re going to want to talk to you!
