About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Head of International Sales to lead the next phase of global growth for our award-winning luxury beauty and wellness brand.
This is a high-impact leadership role for an experienced international sales professional with a proven track record of building revenue, opening new markets and developing long-term strategic partnerships within the beauty, wellness, spa or luxury retail sectors.
Reporting to the Chief of Staff and CEO, you will own the global sales strategy and be responsible for delivering ambitious revenue growth across retailers, distributors, hotel and spa partners, travel retail and emerging international opportunities.
This is a hands-on commercial leadership role requiring strategic thinking, outstanding relationship-building skills and the ability to lead, inspire and develop a high-performing international sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and Deliver Global Sales Strategy
- Create and execute the international sales strategy aligned with the company’s growth ambitions.
- Identify and prioritise new markets and commercial opportunities.
- Develop clear annual and three-year sales plans with measurable revenue targets.
- Build sustainable routes to market across multiple international territories.
- Drive profitable sales growth whilst protecting brand positioning and margins.
Business Development
- Personally lead negotiations with major accounts from initial approach through to contract completion and lead the acquisition of new business across:
- International retailers and department stores
- Distributors
- Luxury hotel groups, spas and wellness operators
- Travel retail, cruise operators
- Strategic international partnerships
Team & Cross Function Leadership
- Recruit, lead, coach and inspire the sales team.
- Set clear KPIs and performance objectives.
- Conduct regular pipeline and forecast reviews.
- Develop a high-performance, accountable sales culture within your team.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments including operations, marketing and finance
Customer Relationship Management & Commercial Performance
- Build executive-level relationships with key decision makers internationally.
- Maintain regular contact with distributors and strategic partners.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and execution throughout the sales journey.
- Work closely with Finance to ensure profitable growth.

Experience Required
- Minimum 8-10 years’ senior international sales experience.
- Proven success within luxury beauty, wellness, skincare, spa or premium consumer brands.
- Demonstrable experience managing distributors and international retail accounts.
- Strong network across global beauty and wellness industries.
- Track record of delivering significant revenue growth.
- Experience leading, driving and developing successful sales teams.
- Strong understanding of international markets and routes to market.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales forecasting tools.
