Role Description
The Head of Investor Relations at Loginexa will lead all investor communications and engagement activities, serving as the primary point of contact for current and prospective investors. This is a full-time, on-site role based in London.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing the investor relations strategy
- Preparing financial and strategic communication materials
- Coordinating earnings and investor updates
- Maintaining a consistent narrative about the company’s performance and outlook

The role will collaborate closely with executive leadership, finance, and strategy teams to ensure accurate and timely disclosure, support fundraising initiatives, and manage investor events, roadshows, and presentations. The Head of Investor Relations will also monitor market trends and investor sentiment, provide insights to leadership, and help shape messaging that aligns with Loginexa’s long-term growth plans.

Qualifications
- Strong experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or equity research, preferably within technology, logistics, or SaaS-driven businesses.
- Advanced skills in financial analysis, modeling, and interpretation of key performance indicators, with the ability to translate complex data into clear investor narratives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft presentations, press releases, and investor decks tailored to varied stakeholder audiences.
- Proven relationship-management skills, with experience engaging institutional and private investors, analysts, and boards in a professional and transparent manner.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to align investor messaging with company strategy, market positioning, and long-term growth objectives.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional qualification (e.g., CFA) is an advantage.
- Experience working in or closely with logistics, supply chain, or technology-led platforms is highly beneficial.
