About Red Badger

We’re a tech and product consultancy, building enterprise software products for blue chip companies, multinationals and PLC’s. The best bit about Red Badger is; of course; the team. We’ve been around for 15+ years now and we are over 100 strong. We are really proud of our people; we support and learn a lot from each other; we work really hard but have fun doing it. We are a diverse group made up of 22 different nationalities, speaking 17 different languages. Headquartered in London we also have offices in Leeds and Cape Town and Australia and New Zealand

Role Overview

As the Head of IT & Infrastructure, you will have end-to-end ownership of Red Badger’s global IT landscape. This is a dynamic, high-impact role that blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution. You will ensure our multi-location staff enjoy frictionless, secure, and reliable technology experiences every day.

You will manage our identity stack, cloud networking, SaaS ecosystem, device fleet, and compliance standards (ISO 27001 & Cyber Essentials) across our four hubs (London, Leeds, Cape Town, and Australia & New Zealand). As Red Badger grows, you will build and lead a distributed IT team, travelling to regional hubs when necessary to establish local infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Global Infrastructure, Identity & Access Management

  • Administer, optimise, and secure our cloud-first identity and access ecosystem, centered around Google Workspace and JumpCloud.
  • Implement and enforce modern zero-trust architecture, maintaining Single Sign-On (SSO) and SCIM provisioning across all company applications.
  • Manage, maintain, and upgrade physical networks across all locations, including firewalls, Wi-Fi infrastructure, and cloud RADIUS setup.

SaaS Ecosystem & Vendor Management

  • Act as the commercial and administrative owner for Red Badger’s SaaS stack (100+ applications).
  • Oversee license management, vendor renewals, billing optimization, and procurement to ensure cost efficiency and compliance.

User Support, AV & Daily Operations

  • Provide high-touch 1st-line and escalated support to all Red Badger staff across time zones (London, Leeds, Cape Town, Australia & New Zealand).
  • Administer and maintain office Audio-Visual systems, specifically Google Meet Hardware rooms, ensuring seamless hybrid collaboration.
  • Establish IT onboarding/offboarding workflows that guarantee day-one readiness for new hires worldwide.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
