Role Purpose
The Head of IT & Digital Transformation leads IGP's technology, information security and digital transformation agenda. The role is responsible for establishing the systems, governance, cyber security, business processes and infrastructure required to support a growing international renewable energy business, while overseeing workplace technology and facilities management.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute IGP's technology, information security and digital transformation strategy.
- Establish scalable technology, governance and cyber security frameworks to support business growth.
- Lead technology infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Azure and business systems environments.
- Drive business process optimisation, automation and AI-enabled productivity improvements.
- Establish information security, data governance and business continuity capabilities.
- Manage technology budgets, supplier relationships and strategic technology investments.
- Advise senior leaders on technology, cyber security, operational resilience and digital innovation.
- Oversee facilities and workplace technology to support employee productivity and business operations.
- Build organisational capability through adoption of modern technologies and effective ways of working.
- Develop future operating models, standards and controls that support IGP's transition to an operating infrastructure business.

Essential Requirements
- Significant experience leading IT, Information Security and Digital Transformation functions within a growing organisation.
- Proven experience developing and implementing technology strategies aligned to business growth.
- Strong expertise across Microsoft 365, Azure, SharePoint, Teams and cloud-based environments.
- Experience establishing information security, cyber security and governance frameworks.
- Demonstrable experience leading digital transformation, process optimisation and systems implementation programmes.
- Strong understanding of cyber risk, business continuity, disaster recovery and data protection.
- Experience managing technology vendors, outsourced service providers and strategic technology investments.
- Strong commercial, budgeting and stakeholder management capability.
- Ability to translate business objectives into scalable technology and process solutions.

Nice to Have
- Experience within renewable energy, infrastructure, utilities or project-based organisations.
- Experience supporting organisations operating critical infrastructure.
- Experience implementing AI, automation and digital workplace solutions.
- Exposure to ISO27001 or other information security frameworks.
- Experience supporting multi-country operations and organisational scaling.
