About Le Creuset

At Le Creuset, every dish begins with a story - and every story begins with people. Since 1925, we’ve brought generations together around the table, transforming everyday meals into cherished memories. Our legacy is built on colour, craft, and a deep passion for innovation - shaped as much by our iconic products as by the people who bring them to life. We’re not just creating cookware; we’re creating moments that last a lifetime. If you’re inspired by heritage, driven by creativity, and ready to shape the future of the kitchen, we’d love to welcome you into our story.

The Recipe for Success: Role Summary

The Head of IT, Europe leads the technology agenda for the European region and acts as the primary IT Business Partner to European business leadership. The role owns the Managing Director relationship and regional demand — the “why” — building relationships, shaping the regional roadmap, and setting priorities. It delivers through the global solution verticals (Retail, ERP, Supply Chain) and the CTO organisation, which own the functional solutions and the underlying architecture, integration, and engineering standards. The result is a single, accountable regional leader who balances local business reality against global consistency, driving delivery and adoption across the region.

Ingredients: Key Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Act as the trusted IT business partner to European business leadership and Managing Directors, translating regional strategy into a prioritised technology demand pipeline.
  • Own the European technology roadmap and budget, ensuring investment aligns to business value, enterprise standards, and global priorities.
  • Serve as the regional point of escalation and prioritisation across competing demands and programmes.
  • Lead regional project and portfolio delivery, coordinating the global solution verticals into the European business and feeding the federated PMO and Global Portfolio Director.
  • Drive adoption and change readiness in-region so deployed solutions become fully used and embedded — from ready-to-deploy to ready-to-use.
  • Uphold global technology, architecture, and security standards within the region, partnering with the CTO organisation on infrastructure, integration, and platforms.
  • Lead and develop the regional IT team and manage local contractors and vendor relationships in line with global sourcing frameworks.

The Perfect Blend: What We’re Looking For

  • Substantial experience leading IT in a multi-country or regional context, ideally within retail, consumer goods, or a comparable multi-site business.
  • Proven track record as a business partner to senior commercial and operational leaders, with the credibility to influence at Managing Director and executive level.
  • Strong delivery and portfolio management background across enterprise applications (ERP, Retail / POS, Supply Chain) and cross-functional programmes.
  • Sound understanding of enterprise architecture, security, and infrastructure principles, and how to work effectively with a central CTO function.
  • Commercial and budget acumen, including accountability for a regional cost base across run and change.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing across cultures and seniority levels.
  • Relevant degree or equivalent experience; additional European languages an advantage
