A Leading Specialist Financial Services Firm is Seeking a Head of IT Procurement
A leading specialist financial services firm is looking for a Head of IT Procurement as they continue to invest in their procurement capability. This is a newly created role and will own the end-to-end sourcing strategy to drive measurable commercial value across the organisation, building a best in class team from a position of influence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of category managers across IT, SaaS, AI, and Professional Services
- Drive commercial value through sourcing, negotiation, and contract lifecycle management
- Build strategic supplier relationships with strong governance and risk management
- Partner with senior stakeholders to shape the sourcing operating model
- Lead sourcing for emerging technologies, including AI consumption-based services

To Be Considered:
- Deep IT and Professional Services category experience within financial services
- Proven track record building category strategies and hitting cost / consolidation targets
- Strong commercial and legal literacy, including tech and services contracts
- Highly credible communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Comfortable leading and contributing to cross-functional teams

On Offer:
- £90,000 - £100,000 plus benefits
- Hybrid: 3 days / week in central London
