Head of IT Service & Operations
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of IT Service & Operations to join a highly regulated organisation in a key technology leadership role.
You'll be responsible for the performance, governance and resilience of IT services across the UK business. Working within a global technology model, you'll lead Service & Operations, ensuring technology services are secure, efficient and aligned with business objectives.
This is a highly visible role offering the opportunity to influence technology strategy, lead operational excellence and drive continuous improvement across the IT function.
The Role
- IT Service Integration and Management (SIAM)
- Service performance, governance and continual improvement
- Major Incident and Problem Management
- Vendor and supplier management
- IT risk, controls and regulatory compliance
- Business Continuity and Operational Resilience
- IT policy and Information Security governance
- Leadership and development of the IT Service & Operations team

About You
You'll be an accomplished IT leader with significant experience in IT Service Management within a regulated environment.

- Strong experience of SIAM and multi-supplier environments
- Expertise in IT governance, risk and operational controls
- Experience managing audit, compliance and service performance
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A collaborative leadership style with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- The ability to balance strategic oversight with operational delivery
