Head of Knowledge & Learning Content Strategy (Global)

Remote | UK/Europe or Eastern Canada | Global Scope

At Modaxo, we believe that knowledge is one of our greatest competitive advantages. As a global collective of technology companies focused on People Transportation, we connect people with the places they need to go through innovative software and solutions.

As we continue to grow across regions and through acquisition, we're creating a new leadership role to ensure our collective expertise, lessons learned and best practices are captured, shared and scaled across the organisation.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Head of Knowledge & Learning Content Strategy to build and lead Modaxo's enterprise knowledge and learning ecosystem.

This is a highly visible, strategic role with global reach. You will shape how knowledge is captured, governed, curated and reused across our portfolio of businesses, ensuring employees and leaders can access trusted, practical content that drives performance, accelerates learning and supports long-term growth.

Working across functions, business units and senior leadership teams, you will establish the strategy, governance framework and content roadmap that turns expertise into enterprise capability.

This role is ideal for someone who combines knowledge management, content strategy, organisational learning and digital enablement expertise with the ability to influence stakeholders in a decentralised, entrepreneurial environment.

What You'll Do

Define and Lead the Enterprise Knowledge Strategy

  • Develop Modaxo's global knowledge and learning content strategy.
  • Create and maintain a multi-year roadmap aligned to business priorities.
  • Establish what knowledge should be owned globally versus locally.
  • Connect leadership insights, functional expertise, case studies, playbooks and AI-related learning into a coherent ecosystem.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
