We are exclusively handling a search to appoint a Head of Land & Partnerships

To lead, shape and grow the forthcoming pipeline of work for one of the regions’ most exciting SME developers.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in accelerating the delivery of high quality affordable and open market housing through the development of strategic land acquisition and partnership agreements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Registered Providers, housing associations, local authorities, Homes England and other key industry partners.
  • Lead on Commercial discussions and negotiate partnership agreements that support affordable housing developments.
  • Work alongside partner organisations to assess development opportunities using feasibility and viability modelling, identifying the most effective configuration of homes to meet local housing needs.
  • Support planning applications, land acquisition activities and development appraisals where required.

  • Demonstrable track record of acquiring sites both on the open market and with Partnership agreements.
  • Excellent contact base across the South West.
  • Experience with working closely with a variety of Social Housing providers in Somerset, Bristol and or Devon.
