Hours: 30-37 per week (part-time or full-time).

Location: Remote (UK-wide) or hybrid/office-based in North Yorkshire (Harrogate, Malton, Northallerton, Richmond, Scarborough, Selby).

We’re looking for an experienced learning and development professional to lead our organisation-wide approach to learning and development. As a member of our Senior Management Team, you’ll shape how we develop our employees and volunteers, ensuring colleagues have the knowledge, skills and confidence to deliver high-quality services. You’ll work closely with managers to strengthen leadership capability, improve learning across the organisation and support continuous improvement. You’ll also provide strategic oversight for a number of organisational projects, ensuring they are effectively governed and aligned with our organisational priorities.
