Head of Learning & Enablement

Salary: up to £60,000

Location: Leeds (would be open for candidates not within this location too)

I am currently supporting a fast-growing SaaS business in the search for a Head of Learning & Enablement to lead the development of their customer education and enablement function.

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of how customers learn, adopt, and gain value from a sophisticated technology platform. Working closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and Technical teams, you will create scalable onboarding programs, certification pathways, and learning resources that drive customer adoption and long-term success.

This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to build and shape the entire learning function, implementing best practices, introducing a Learning Management System (LMS), creating a customer training academy, and establishing a structured approach to onboarding and education.

The Role

As Head of Learning & Enablement, you'll be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving learning experiences for customers and employees. You'll take ownership of the complete learning journey, from customer onboarding and product training through to certification programs, self-service learning resources, and internal enablement initiatives.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, helping to build a scalable learning framework that supports both business growth and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Training & Adoption

  • Design and implement structured onboarding programs for new customers.
  • Create tailored learning journeys for different user groups and customer personas.
  • Deliver engaging training sessions through a combination of:
    • Virtual instructor-led training
    • Webinars
    • Workshops
    • On-site customer training
  • Help customers adopt the platform effectively and maximize its capabilities.
  • Support customers in understanding workflows, integrations, automation, and best-practice platform usage.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
