Henlee Resourcing is partnering with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Head of Academy on an initial 12-month fixed-term contract. (with strong likelihood of extension / going permanent)
This is a high-profile leadership role, responsible for the design, delivery and continuous improvement of Academy programmes across the organisation. You will lead and develop the Academy Development team, ensuring programmes are delivered effectively and provide a consistently high standard of learning and development for financial advice professionals.

Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will shape Academy programmes that support business objectives, develop capability and help build the next generation of qualified and confident financial advice professionals.
You will also oversee the planning and delivery of training events, monitor programme effectiveness and use feedback and follow-up reviews to continually improve the Academy offering.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven experience within Financial Advice, ideally delivering Academy programmes.
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning– this is key.
- Strong learning and development experience within a professional services environment.
- Experience of working within a partnership or financial advice network would be a significant advantage.
- Proven experience leading, coaching and developing a team.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels.
