We're looking for an experienced Head of Learning Partnerships
This role is based in London, with an expectation of working from the office 3-4 days per week. At least one of these days will be at our Milton Keynes office, with the remaining days in London. The position offers a salary of £75,000 - £85,000 per annum.
The Head of Learning Partnerships leads ICAEW's relationships with universities, tuition providers and other education organisations, building partnerships that expand the reach, relevance and commercial impact of ICAEW Learning. Reporting to the Chief Learning Officer, the role turns strategic relationships into clear propositions, mutual agreements and scalable delivery models that support learner growth, progression and professional capability in the UK and internationally.

What you will be doing:
- Translate Learning 2030 priorities into a clear Learning Partnerships plan focused on learner growth, employer relevance, global access and scalable delivery.
- Build and manage a prioritised portfolio spanning universities, tuition providers and other education organisations, with clear ownership of the most important relationships and opportunities across the team.
- Develop repeatable partnership models through which organisations can embed, deliver, promote or connect learners to ICAEW learning and credentials.
- Build senior, credible relationships with university leaders, academics, tuition providers, education groups, government and funding bodies, and other strategic partners.
- Ensure partnerships are commercially sound, operationally deliverable and consistent with ICAEW standards, qualification integrity and reputation.
What you will need:
- Significant experience in partnerships, education, professional learning, business development, membership or a related field, with evidence of delivering measurable growth or commercial outcomes.
- Strong track record of leading complex institutional relationships and developing partnership or operating models that can scale.
- Experience taking propositions from idea through negotiation, implementation and measurable delivery.
- Strong commercial judgement, including the ability to assess value, structure mutually beneficial agreements and understand revenue, cost and risk.
- Credibility with senior external stakeholders and the ability to influence, negotiate and challenge constructively across organisational boundaries.
