Ready to take a leading role in shaping the corporate agenda of a globally recognised organisation?

A leading multinational organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Corporate for an initial six-month contract. This is a senior, high-profile opportunity for a corporate lawyer who can step into a complex international environment and provide immediate leadership across a significant M&A and corporate portfolio.

Working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders across the organisation, you will take ownership of sophisticated international transactions and strategic corporate projects, providing clear, commercially focused advice and driving matters from inception through to completion.

Alongside the transactional remit, you will play an important role in the continued development of the corporate legal function, including exploring the opportunities presented by AI, legal technology and new ways of working.

The Role

  • Lead complex, high-value international M&A, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and wider corporate transactions.
  • Take ownership of transactions from initial strategy and structuring through to negotiation and completion.
  • Act as a trusted adviser to senior executives and key business stakeholders on strategic corporate matters, risks and opportunities.
  • Lead and coordinate internal teams and external counsel across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice aligned with the organisation’s strategic objectives.
  • Manage a varied and high-value transaction pipeline within a fast-paced international environment.
  • Provide senior leadership and direction across the corporate legal agenda during the interim period.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the way the function operates, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence, legal technology and innovation.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation and quickly establish credibility as a senior legal adviser.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
