Locum Head of Legal | West Midlands | October Start
We are seeking an experienced Locum Head of Legal to provide leadership and oversight within a busy law firm based in the West Midlands.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior qualified Solicitor with strong leadership experience to support legal operations, supervise legal teams, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide strategic guidance during an initial contract period.

Role Details:
- Location: West Midlands
- Start Date: October 2026
- Contract: Initial 6-month contract
- Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (5 days per week, office-based)
- Compensation: Competitive day rate/salary – DOE
Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales)
- Significant PQE with previous leadership or Head of Legal experience
- Strong knowledge of SRA regulations and legal compliance
- Excellent people management and commercial awareness
- Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
