Role Description

The Head of Legal is a full-time remote role responsible for leading and managing all legal matters across EASY PC SOLUTIONS LIMITED’s operations and service offerings. This role develops and implements the company’s legal strategy, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations in areas such as technology services, data protection, and commercial contracts.

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client agreements, vendor contracts, and internal policies
  • Overseeing legal risk management
  • Advising leadership on legal implications of business decisions
  • Providing guidance on regulatory changes impacting SEO, IT services, and online platforms
  • Working closely with management to design compliant processes and best practices
  • Coordinating with external legal advisors
  • Managing any dispute resolution processes
  • Supporting training on legal and compliance topics for team members

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Law with experience advising on commercial and technology-related Legal Issues.
  • Demonstrated expertise in Legal Compliance, particularly in data protection, online services, and business regulations.
  • Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting and reviewing contracts, policies, and terms of service.
  • Background in Legal Consulting, with ability to provide clear, practical guidance to non-legal stakeholders.
  • Relevant law degree and professional legal qualification; experience as in-house counsel or head of legal in a technology or services company is highly beneficial.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and written communication skills, with attention to detail and risk awareness.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with IT, software, SEO, or digital services industries is an advantage.
