Key Responsibilities:
- Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely manner
- Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts (3-way matching)
- Ensure proper coding of expenses and compliance with company policies
- Prepare and execute payment runs (bank transfers, checks, etc.)
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records
- Respond to vendor inquiries and maintain positive relationships
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals
- Support audits by providing required documentation
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
