Head of Lloyds Intermediaries
Location: Birmingham, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Halifax, Leeds or London
Hours: 35 hours, full time
Working Pattern: Hybrid, with at least two days per week at an office site.

The role reports to the Homes Channels & Partnerships Director and leads approximately 75 colleagues. The focus is on owning the successful launch and establishment of Lloyds Intermediaries in the market, building the strength and reputation of this exciting new intermediary brand.
About the Role
Success means a smooth transition for brokers and colleagues. It means influential relationships across the industry. Most importantly, it means balanced growth and excellent outcomes for brokers, customers, and colleagues!
Responsibilities
- Deliver the strategy for Lloyds Intermediaries, turning priorities into clear commercial plans.
- Own sales, service, and financial performance across the channel. Balance sustainable growth, profitability, risk, and customer outcomes.
- Lead relationships with key broker firms, strategic partners, and industry influencers.
- Represent Lloyds Banking Group at industry forums and strengthen our market influence.
- Use broker, customer, market, and competitor insight to identify growth opportunities and shape future propositions.
- Bring Product, Pricing, Risk, Operations, Marketing, Data, and Technology together. Improve journeys, propositions, and ways of working.
- Lead, inspire, and develop approximately 75 colleagues. Create an inclusive, high-performing culture with clear accountability and strong succession.
- Lead transformation across the channel. Use data, digital capability, and technology partnerships to improve performance and make it easier for brokers to do business with us.
- Maintain a strong risk and control environment. Play an active role in the Homes Channels & Partnerships leadership team and lead priorities beyond the immediate remit.

Requirements
- Senior leadership experience in private banking, wealth management, banking propositions, or product management.
- Proven success creating and delivering customer propositions and product strategies.
- Strong commercial leadership with experience of P&L ownership, pricing, and performance management.
- Deep understanding of product governance, lifecycle management, and customer outcomes.
- Knowledge of banking, lending, and wealth-related products, with fiduciary experience advantageous.
- Experience influencing across complex organizational structures and leading large-scale change.
- Strong critical thinking, partner management, and decision-making capabilities.
- A track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
