Head of Lottery - Bahamas
Our customer is seeking a commercially driven, innovative, and strategic Head of Lottery to lead the growth and success of our Lottery business across digital and retail channels.
As the business owner for the Lottery category, you will be responsible for developing strategy, driving revenue growth, enhancing customer engagement, managing product innovation, and ensuring operational excellence. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded leader who thrives on data, creativity, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Lottery growth strategy to increase revenue, profitability, and market share.
- Own the commercial performance of the Lottery portfolio, including customer acquisition, retention, campaign success, and product performance.
- Lead the development, launch, and optimisation of Lottery products, promotions, jackpots, and player engagement initiatives.
- Use customer insights, analytics, and market trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Partner with Marketing, CRM, Retail, Product, Technology, BI, Finance, Compliance, and Customer Service to deliver impactful campaigns and exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor competitor activity and global industry trends to keep Island Luck at the forefront of Lottery innovation.
- Manage relationships with vendors and technology partners to maximise commercial performance and operational efficiency.
- Ensure Lottery operations and promotions comply with all regulatory and responsible gaming requirements.
- Lead performance reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- 5–7 years' experience in commercial management, product management, marketing, gaming, lottery, iGaming or a similar customer-focused industry.
- Leadership experience with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive execution.
- Strong commercial, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience managing revenue targets, budgets, campaigns, or product portfolios.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.
