Head of Machine Learning

We're partnering with an innovative AI-first technology company on a mission to redefine how people manage tasks, conversations, organisation, and workflows. Their flagship product is an intelligent assistant designed to help users achieve more with less effort through advanced reasoning, persistent context, long-running workflows, and autonomous task execution. As the company enters its next phase of growth, they are seeking an exceptional Head of Machine Learning to lead the technical direction, delivery, and scaling of their machine learning platform.

The Opportunity

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-calibre team building AI products at the cutting edge of machine learning and intelligent systems. As Head of Machine Learning, you will own the ML vision and execution strategy, leading the development of scalable training, evaluation, inference, and deployment systems that power real-world AI experiences. Working closely with product, engineering, and research teams, you'll bridge the gap between innovation and production, ensuring advanced ML capabilities deliver measurable value to users.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
