Robert Walters - Head of Management Accounting - Permanent - Hybrid - Birmingham - £70,000 - £75,000 per annum
Our client, a well-established and growing organisation, is seeking an experienced Head of Management Accounting to lead their finance team and drive financial performance across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to oversee the management accounting function, deliver insightful reporting, support strategic decision-making, and play a key role in shaping the organisation's financial future within a collaborative and flexible working environment.

- Lead and develop the Management Accounting team, ensuring high levels of performance and engagement.
- Oversee the production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
- Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
- Drive improvements in financial reporting, controls, and management information.
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital performance.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiencies within the finance function.
- Act as a key contributor to finance transformation and change projects.

Key Essentials of the Head of Management Accounting:
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified.
- Proven experience leading a Management Accounting or Finance team.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management capabilities.
