Head of Marine Broking (London Market)

London / Hybrid

Executive Package + Equity Participation

We are partnering with a rapidly growing marine insurance brokerage to appoint a Head of Marine Broking to lead and expand its London Market presence.

This is a rare opportunity to join a high-growth business at a pivotal stage of its journey, combining deep marine insurance expertise with cutting-edge data, analytics, and loss-prevention technology to reshape how marine risk is managed.

Backed by leading investors and supported by major global shipping groups, the business has achieved significant growth in a short period and is now looking for a senior leader to drive its next phase.

The Opportunity

This is not a traditional employed position, it is a strategic leadership and partnership role offering real autonomy, influence, and long-term upside.

You will take full ownership of the firm’s London Market broking activity, playing a key role in shaping strategy, building a high-performing team, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
