Dr. Martens is more than a brand - it’s a global icon with over 60 years of attitude, heritage, and cultural impact.
We’re a thriving, values‑driven business powered by diverse thinkers, bold doers, and people who bring their whole selves to work. If you’re ready to make your mark, you’re in the right place.
At DM, our values guide everything we do: Be Yourself, Act Courageously, Show You Care. They’re not just words - they’re how we turn passion into progress.
WHERE YOU SIT
As our Head of Market Interaction, you’ll be part of the Brand team working closely with brilliant people across the business and reporting into Global Marketplace & GTM Director. You’ll be right at the heart of fast‑moving projects that shape how we show up for our consumers - today and tomorrow.
WHERE YOU CONTRIBUTE
The Head of Market Interaction leads the market‑facing engine of Marketplace & GTM, ensuring real‑time consumer, commercial and partner insight from key markets is systematically captured, synthesised and translated into upstream decisions.
This role partners directly with General Managers, market leadership teams and priority partners to shape market strategies early enough to influence product creation, marketplace architecture and go‑to‑market plans. You act as the primary conduit between markets and global teams—bringing clarity on what markets need to win, validating readiness, and escalating risks or trade‑offs to enable fast, disciplined decisions.
By running a consistent signal‑to‑decision loop, this role ensures global plans remain grounded in market reality, execution risk is surfaced early, and Marketplace, Product and GTM leaders have the insight required to prioritise effectively.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
